Returns

We want you to be happy with every order. If something isn't right, here's how to sort it.

How to start a return: 

Use our self-service returns portal to request a return. You'll need your order number and email address or telephone number used to place your order.

Return window: 

You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to start a return. Orders placed from 1 November come with an extended window through to 31 January.

Condition:

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resaleable condition.

Faulty, damaged, or wrong item?

 If your item arrives faulty, damaged in transit, is missing parts, or we sent the wrong product, we'll cover the cost of the return. Our team will review your request and may reach out to discuss a resolution.

Changing your mind?

You're welcome to return any unwanted item within 30 days, but return postage is at your cost. Large items that can't be processed through the portal will need to be sent directly to our returns address below.

Refunds:

Once we receive and check your return, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days. If the whole order is returned for a reason covered by us, any original delivery charge is also refunded.

If you're returning an item outside of our portal, please include your order number inside the parcel and keep your courier's proof of postage until your refund has been processed.'
