How do I return my order?

  • Enter your order number and email address or phone number, then select Start your return.

  • Choose the item(s) you're returning and tell us why. Most reasons are approved straight away.

  • Returns for faulty, damaged, missing, or incorrect items will be reviewed by our team, usually within 1 working day.

  • Once approved, we’ll email you a QR code. Simply take your parcel to a DPD or Evri drop-off point and have the code scanned from your phone — no printer required.

  • Where return shipping costs apply, the cost will be deducted from your refund unless our inspection confirms the item is faulty, damaged, or not as described.

 

Am I able to return my order?

  • You can return most unwanted or no longer needed items within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, with all original tags and packaging, and in resaleable condition.

  • Your statutory rights for faulty goods aren't affected.

When will my return be processed?

  • Once your return arrives at our warehouse, it will be inspected and you’ll receive an email confirmation.

  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–14 days of the item being received.

 

Do I have to pay for my return?

  • It depends on the reason. If your item is faulty, damaged in transit, missing parts, or we sent the wrong product, we'll cover the return postage after our warehouse team have received and inspected the return. We may contact you to offer a replacement or a discount to keep the item, where that's quicker for you.

  • For all other return reasons, including unwanted or no longer needed items, return shipping costs are paid by you and will be deducted from your refund once we've received the item in our warehouse.

  • Original delivery charges are only refunded where the full order is returned due to a confirmed fault or error on our side.
