The family enters the Large City Zoo through the stone gateway with the animal statues. First of all they go to pay at the kiosk - here they can also buy bags of animal feed, sweet miniature animals and balloons as souvenirs. Next they go to the notice board with the clock to find out about the animal feeding times. Feeding times can be set with the moving hands on the clock, so you can be sure not to miss out!

The zookeepers are really busy at the moment because the emperor penguin family is waiting for its bucket of fresh fish. One after the other the penguins zip down the slide and gather at the fence. Afterwards the lions are fed – the chief of the pride eats first of course, but the other lions are also ravenously hungry. The children watch the action and are amazed at how brave the lion keeper is!
